Service delivery

SSS's vision for the future is to work with the local Clinical Commissioning Groups to deliver commissioned services within the 18 week referral to treatment pathway. We will work with commissioners to provide a service that will be patient centred, aim to improve the patient experience and deliver a package of care that moves patients swiftly along an evidenced based pathway. Our services will achieve savings for GPs through the provision of well planned and efficient pathways whilst ensuring quality consultant led care.

We will do this by offering flexible local clinics where possible with fast access to a Consultant with expertise in a specialist area. This will include triage services, one stop clinics and direct access to surgery. You can be assured that when services are developed they will meet both local and national standards and fit with your local demographics.

SSS as an organisation is keen to invest resources into GP education and the development of guidelines and protocols to enhance the relationship between primary and secondary care providers. The company recognises that improved communication and effective cohesive partnership working will result in a cost effective care pathway for your patient.

Please contact Deborah Crewe, Commercial Director or Kim Webb, Operations Manager for a productive discussion on how to make this happen.
